Grappler® Suture Anchors - All-Suture

The Paragon 28 Soft Grappler® Suture Anchor was designed to simplify the delivery and deployment of all-suture anchors. The 1.4 mm and 2.8 mm All-Suture Anchors come in an all-inclusive kit, with a drill guide and drilling wire, sized specifically to accommodate the needs of Foot and Ankle surgeons.

The 1.4 mm anchor is single-loaded with #0 Suture whereas the 2.8 mm anchor is double-loaded with #2 Suture; both include needles. The drilling wire features a non-skive tip and laser line to ensure drilling is safe and accurate. The included drill guide is slotted to assist with removal of the sutures after the anchor has been deployed. The anchor inserter was designed specifically rigid to provide for consistent and reliable deployment and to help prevent skiving and the need to reload the anchor.
