The Paragon 28 Titanium Grappler® Suture Anchor was designed for streamlined delivery with sizing and instrumentation tailored for the Foot and Ankle surgeon.

The anchor features a dual lead thread pitch which allows for quick and reproducible insertion, while ensuring maximum cortical purchase is achieved. The anchor is inserted using a custom driver that was designed to provide superior insertional strength and simple removal when necessary. Both size options are doubled loaded with four needles attached to provide surgeons multiple options depending on the needs and location of the repair.
